**Q: What is your Booking Policy?**
A:  I collect payment for your session on the front end after you select the date and time that works for you. Your payment locks in your session reservation on my calendar. 

**Q: What forms of payment do you accept? **
A: Once you’ve selected the date and time for your session I will send you an email with a “Registration Link” which will contain payment information.

**Q: What if I need to reschedule?**
A: :  I understand that sometimes the unavoidable emergencies or illness may interrupt our plans and I am happy to reschedule.  I would appreciate at least 24-48 hours notice.

**Q: Where do I park? **
A: You may park in my driveway, or park on my side of the street only (please do not block the mailbox)

**Q: Arrival**
A: I will be expecting you at your arrival time.  Feel free to come to the front door.  Please text me if you are stuck in traffic, need directions, etc. 

**Q: What do I wear to the session?**
A: Please do not wear a hoodie, turtleneck, mockneck, collared shirt, or bulky sweater to your session. 
Come with your hair styled as you normally do.  If you have a lot of hair/long hair please bring a hair tie.

A: The Deluxe Color Experience includes assessment of up to 10 clothing items from your wardrobe.
